Bitto is from India where he graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing and spent four years working in an Emergency Department there. Following that, he relocated to Kuwait where he worked in an Emergency and Trauma Department for 8 years.
In 2023, Bitto moved to New Zealand with his wife, who is also a Registered Nurse, and young children. He completed his Competence Assessment Programme to gain Registration in New Zealand and completed his clinical placement at Kingswood Specialised Care Unit. During this time he developed a passion for caring for people assessed with Dementia and took up an offer with us to pursue a career in Aged Care.
